In sessions, I often talk with clients about warning signs and red flags. These are things which alert us when things are not going quite right. It is also important to be aware of the tools needed to promote good mental health. I’m listing some of those here. Check your toolbox and see what is there! I’ll share more about each of these in future posts.

Tool #1 – Good Coping Strategies

Tool #2 – Talking About It

Tool #3 – Being Physically Active

Tool #4 – Eating Well

Tool #5 – Getting Good Sleep

Tool #6 – Connection With Others

Tool #7 – An Activity or Hobby You Enjoy

Tool #8 – Being Willing To Ask For Help

What’s missing from your toolbox?
