This time of year is all about making lists (and checking them twice!)
Here’s a different type of list from me to you.
The NOT To-Do List:
NO – Saying yes to things that drain me
NO – Feeling guilty for saying No
NO – Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions
NO – Feeling guilty for giving my body rest
NO – Stressing about things that are out of my control
NO – Buying too many gifts and things I can’t afford
Important To-Do List:
YES – Slow down and take care of myself
YES – Love and respect myself
YES – Be Kind to Me
YES - Set healthy boundaries for myself
YES - Enjoy time spent with loved ones
